We’ve done it! We are now participating in a local WINTER farmers’ market. With our two high tunnels and many smaller “caterpillar” tunnels in the field, we hope to get vegetables to grow later this autumn and wake up very early in the spring.
It’s all new for us and a challenge to see what will survive our cold New Hampshire climate. We will be at the Downtown Concord Winter Farmers’ Market November through April, Saturday mornings 9 to noon. (Maybe not January.)
