You know spring is truly here when it ‘s time for rhubarb pie.
Whether you like strawberries in your rhubarb pie or maybe some grated ginger, rhubarb pie is delicious.
For a nine inch pie with top and bottom crusts.
3 cups of sliced rhubarb stems (or rhubarb and strawberries)
2 beaten eggs
sift together and then mix into the fruit
2 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
Bake at 350’F for 45 minutes.
