It’s asparagus season, it grows so fast, you can almost see it growing! I was just about to tell you that roasted asparagus is really yummy, roll the stalks in a little olive oil, liberally sprinkle with salt and pepper and then broil or roast or grill, drizzle with lemon juice, it is that simple. BUT then a new Jamie Oliver YouTube video popped up and (of course Jamie) blew my socks off.
